At Bryans we respect your privacy. We keep your shipping information so your future shopping trips are easier. We will not sell your information, cause that’s plain rude.

Security policy

Your personal and financial information will be kept safe and not shared with any 3rd party outside of the billing and shipping process. If your card has been compromised, you'll have to call us and give us a new number. Although we’d love the chat, we’d rather be cutting steak

Refund policy

Since we’re dealing with perishable products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. But if something is wrong with your order, give us a call and we will replace the item or issue a refund. We have built our reputation on getting you exactly what you need, and that does not stop once we have received payment.

Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped overnight in an insulated box with coolant. All orders received before 2PM PST will be processed that day.
