We're pleased to offer you a selection of sausages with sufficient variety we think to please any palate. Some of them we make in-house and some we have outsourced through a couple of our suppliers who to a fantastic job with their products. All of our sausages are shipped frozen, ensuring that they will keep their shape when cryovaced and during shipping.

With our in-house sausages, we use only natural flavors and spices, as well as natural pork casing, and use no chemicals or preservatives. In our chicken-based sausages, we use boneless skinless thighs from our Martinelli chickens to produce a sausage that has a lower fat content but will still stay moist when cooked.

We also source sausages from a French company that provides us with our pates and foie gras. As with our own in-house sausages, the Merguez Sausage doesn't use any artificial ingredients or preservatives.

The Toulouse and the Whiskey Fennel sausages come to us from the company that makes our Applewood smoked bacon and our Applewood smoked salmon (not currently on the site). These two sausages are fully cooked but not smoked, and will have trace amounts of nitrite as a preservative.
