In lieu of normal hyperbole and/or technological glitz, we've made every effort to make your shopping experience here simple and straightforward – no different than the one people have responded to when visiting my flagship store in Corte Madera, or my family's store in San Francisco, California.

Here you will find what I believe are among the "best of their kind" products available anywhere – as in anywhere. You will find someone to answer your questions, respond to requests for items and/or sizes not listed and someone who freely acknowledges the fact that it's up to us to prove your decision to visit our site was a good one.

And finally, you'll find someone who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about every item we offer. You'll find me, Bryan, and my unwavering commitment to the above ideals in everything we sell.

Believe me when I say my staff and I are serious to the point of compulsion about maintaining and improving the level and quality of both our products and our service… But that's about all we're serious about. As you explore the site, you'll be able to see that we clearly don't take ourselves seriously, and you might stumble on descriptions or pictures that are intended to be a bit out of the norm. But hey, it's been my experience that being slightly out of the norm is the norm; or at least ought to be! In fact now that I think of it, our products are out of the norm (in a good way, of course) as well, so I guess we've reached some level of symmetry… by trying.
